Cheesecake has always been one of my favorite desserts. Just a few years ago I only made them because I didn’t feel like paying a fortune for a grocery store cheesecake. I’d bring them for our family events and I became fascinated with different and unique flavors. After working with the New Leaf Country Store I learned that the purist and brightest flavors came from organic ingredients. Using those and trying the oddest flavors such as Lemon Lavender and Red Wine I became basically obsessed with creating the most mouth watering cheesecakes that still surprises you with their uncommon flavor. This is what I love to do, and I can’t wait to include you.

Besides making cheesecakes I love to spend time with my husband, James and our heart warrior son, Jamie. We met in the fall of 2013 and got married in the Spring of 2016 at Holy Cross Catholic Church. We live in Saint Joseph with our four pets. Our giant dog named Martha, our two cats, Whisper and Chewie, and our fearsome bearded dragon named Smaug. We enjoy spending time with our families and making stupid faces at each other.
